Our company covers an area of 31864 square meters, with a factory area of 8184 square meters. The company's planning and construction are fully built in accordance with the relevant national standards, the main products are canned fruits and vegetables, and the annual production capacity is 20000 tons.
The company organizes food production and processing in accordance with GMP , SSOP (Standard Operating Procedures), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and ISO9001. Each production process is equipped with professional management personnel and technical inspection personnel to manage and monitor the production process, effectively ensuring the quality of the products.
The company currently has 200 employees, including 30 technical personnel and production quality management personnel, all of whom have years of experience in canned food processing. All employees have received years of good hygiene management training. The company currently has three production lines for canned food that can meet the processing needs of different types of canned food.
The company has self-managed import and export right and specializes in producing canned fruits and vegetables; The main varieties are:
1. Canned grapes:Capable of various types of tin cans; The main variety of raw materials is "Jufeng", which is peeled and seeded, making it a good ingredient for the jelly and fruit yogurt industries.
2. Canned apples:Equipped with various tin cans and composite plastic bags for packaging; The main varietyfor rawmaterials is the "Red Fuji" ; The products come in a series of specifications such as "apple sauce", "apple filling", "apple cubes", "apple slices", "apple strips", "apple split pieces", "whole apple", etc., to meet various reprocessing needs.
3. Canned tomatoes:Available in various types of tin cans. The main variety of raw materials is minitomatoes, which are whole and peeled. They are excellent ingredients for baking, jelly, fruit yogurt, catering and other industries.
In addition, our company also produces other types of canned products, such as canned peaches, canned pears, and other canned foods.
Our canned products are mainly exported to Japan while also considering domestic sales. The series of products under the "MaoFa" brand of our company are supplied to the domestic food processing industry and retail market, and are deeply loved by customers and consumers.
